Title: Offensive Assistant (Quarterbacks)

Former All-State quarterback for the Wolverines Qyntyn Pilcher returns for his 2nd season as a coach to help mentor the quarterbacks. In his 1st season on the sideline, he helped guide Cruz Herrera to become the NorCal Conference leader in passing yards per game (214) and total yards per game (267). Herrera would finish the season with 15 TD's thrown and another 9 rushing, compared to just 3 interceptions.

Pilcher started for the Wolverines in the 2019 and 2021 seasons, earning Grizzly Bowl MVP honors his freshman season in 2019. After a Covid-cancelled 2020 season, Pilcher returned in 2021 and earned All-NorCal and All-State honors leading the Wolverines. Pilcher's career as a Wolverine QB saw him finish 2nd all-time in both yards (3,471) and touchdown passes (39) under coach QB coach Noonan and Offensive Coordinator coach Diaz. Pilcher matriculated on scholarship to Texas A&M-Kingsville after his career at Sierra.

Coach Pilcher is a graduate of West Anchorage High School in his hometown of Anchorage, AK. He currently resides in Lincoln.
