Sierra men's golf finishes regular season strong
Playing in the final Big 8 Conference tournament of the season, the Sierra College men's golf team put together another strong second place showing at the Chardonnay Golf Club in Napa.
Led by a round of 74 from Kyle Katz, the Wolverines finished second to Folsom Lake College in what was the final tune-up before the NorCal Championships at Dragon Fly Golf Club in Madera beginning on May 7.
Rounding out the scoring for Sierra was Andrew Knight (75), Westney White (76), Tre Hunter (82), Sam King (82) and Josh Correa-Wilson (85).
White, Katz and Knight were named to All Big 8 North Conference team.
