Avery Lambrite raced to a 2nd place finish in the 3000 meter Steeple Chase with a time of 12:47.55 and then later that night ran the 5000 meter race in 21:01.57. Alyse Sibley placed first in the 1500 meters with a time of 5:04.61. She ran a brilliant and carefully planned race to become the Big 8 Conference Champion for the 1500 meters.
